Although event details are posted on the website; Please RSVP if you are interested. The ride coordinator may send emails/text messages in addition to what's posted. If you want to be plugged into all the details, RSVP. You can always Un-RSVP if your plans change.
Rain gear is a must. Furthermore, pack the rain gear so it's easily accessible when on the road.
For cooler weather, plan to dress in layers
If you're prone to sun burn, then be sure to have some sun screen
Bring both cash and credit: Some restaurants are more accommodating for separate checks then others. So being able to pay your share with cash does make settling the tab easier.
Bring something to cover your bike – or at least your bike seat at night.
A pair of comfortable sneakers or walking shoes are best for non-riding / sightseeing days, or even relaxing in the hotel. Something besides riding boots.
Please make sure you have an easy pass; They may not be required for every trip, but it's better to have it just-in-case.
Always show up at the initial meeting point with a full tank
Prior to the trip please make sure your bike is in perfect riding order
Some say "Optional" others say "Required". For these, use your own judgment and available capacity:
Basic tool kit: You can assemble one yourself with a few key tools, or tool rolls are comercially available. At a minimum a few zip ties, pocket knife / multi-tool, and a small spool of duct tape wrapped on a sharpie can save the day.

Check with the hotel to see if they provide hair dryers. If so you maybe able to leave yours at home
Smaller bottles of most personal care items can be found at most pharmacies and groceries
